In 2023, we acquired an unfinished property in Kerobokan and transformed it into five modern loft apartments with private pools, tropical gardens, and a long-term rental concept.

Turning Potential Into Reality
At Balibiza Properties, we believe great projects begin with potential. Instead of starting from scratch, we often look for properties that can be transformed into something better.
After successfully completing Villa Aryan and gaining valuable experience in construction, design, and property management, we decided to take on a larger project.
The Loft Apartments Kerobokan started as an unfinished residential housing complex. Our vision was to transform it into five stylish modern loft apartments with private plunge pools, tropical gardens, and thoughtfully designed living spaces.
Created for digital nomads, long-term residents, and expats living in Bali, each apartment was designed to provide everything needed for comfortable everyday living — including a workspace, kitchen, lounge area, private bedroom, and personal outdoor space.
Today, The Loft Apartments remain one of Balibiza’s most successful transformation projects.

Before & After Transformation
In 2023, the property was an unfinished residential complex of five units — a bare concrete shell with exposed structure, raw interiors, and an empty, undeveloped yard.
Balibiza saw the potential: a strong location in Kerobokan with the right footprint to become a modern, long-stay loft community.
Over the course of one year, the property was completely renovated into five stylish loft apartments — each with a private plunge pool, tropical garden, fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable upstairs bedroom.
From an unfinished shell to a fully operational rental community, the transformation shows what thoughtful design and management can achieve.
