Uwe Kraus
Uwe Kraus is a German entrepreneur with 23 years experience, including 15 years in Ibiza, Spain, and 8 years in Bali, Indonesia, focused on villa development and professional property management.
He brings German quality, clear structures, and international ideas into every project. By combining European standards with local expertise in Bali, Uwe creates high-quality villas and reliable management systems that deliver long-term value for owners and great experiences for guests.
