Six Villas, One Vision
After Villa Aryan and The Loft Apartments, Sixth Sense Villas became Balibiza’s most ambitious development yet — an exclusive complex of six private villas built from the ground up on 700 m² of land.
Set in a calm neighbourhood between Canggu and Seminyak, the location was chosen for the best of both worlds: privacy and quiet on one side, and the cafes, beaches, and restaurants of Bali’s most popular areas just a 10-minute drive away.
Each villa spans two floors of modern architecture, finished with warm natural materials — teak wood ceilings, wood-style composite panels, and a private pool with ambient lighting. We designed two layouts so the development suits both couples and families: a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom villa.
Completed in 2025, Sixth Sense Villas now operates as a premium long- and short-stay rental, with both villa types earning consistent 5-star guest reviews.

Before & After Transformation
The project began as a bare 700 m² plot in Kerobokan. Over many months, Balibiza built the entire six-villa complex from the foundations up — columns, structure, roof frames, and the distinctive pitched gables.
From day one the vision was clear: a small, private community of modern villas that would feel calm and exclusive, yet sit minutes from the best of Bali.
Today, Sixth Sense Villas is complete — six finished villas with private pools, teak wood ceilings, sunken lounges, and fully equipped modern kitchens.
From an empty plot to a fully operational rental community across two villa layouts, the transformation shows what thoughtful design and management can achieve.
