Our Story
Villa Aryan was the very first villa developed by Balibiza and marked the beginning of our property development journey in Bali.
The project started in 2020 during the global pandemic, when Balibiza founder Uwe Kraus decided to make Bali his permanent home and pursue a new chapter in property development.
Completed in early 2021, Villa Aryan transformed an empty plot into a unique four-bedroom villa spread across three levels, combining modern architecture, tropical living, and strong rental potential.
Named after Uwe’s son, Aryan, the villa represents family, new beginnings, and the passion that inspired the first Balibiza project.
Today, Villa Aryan remains one of our most successful developments and a proven example of how strategic location, thoughtful design, and professional management can create long-term value.
